The first Business/Organizational meeting of the Triad Public Safety Radio Group will be held on Wednesday, March 14th, 2012 at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be held in the City of Greensboro Water Resources Operations Center (WROC) building located at 2602 South Elm-Eugene Street in Greensboro. The meeting will be held in the "Lake Townsend" conference room.
Topics to be discussed:
- An introduction to the Triad Public Safety Radio Group
- The mission of the Triad Public Safety Radio Group
- Discussion and approval of the PSRG by-laws
- A vote for the remaining organizational officer positions to be filled
- PSRG organizational discussion
In addition to the organizational and business functions of the meeting, there will also be a short program on the topic of public safety radio monitoring in the triad area, specifically what is able to be received and the equipment needed to receive it.
Obviously, there is no cost to attend the meeting, and there is ample free parking available at this location during the evening hours.
