The meeting will take place at the Guilford County Sheriff's Department administrative offices, located at 400 West Washington Street in Greensboro. Parking is available at this location, and personnel will be standing by at the door to direct attendees to the correct meeting room.
The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss organizational and business issues related to the Triad Public Safety Radio Group, such as:
- Discussion of the focus of the group
- Establishment as a Non-Profit Organization
- Discussion of the draft by-laws
- Discussion of fundraising ideas
- Nominations for officers positions (Treasurer and Secretary)
The meeting is open to everyone who wishes to attend, especially amateur radio operators who work in the public safety field.
